Had a great experience at Jersey Mike's! The food is very fresh, and service was excellent, Max and Grace were the best--super friendly and efficient. Definitely coming back!
I can't eat any gluten or my body will kill meeee lol, so I was really happy that Jersey Mike's has GF bread and also the team here really goes out of there way to clean and wipe down the machine and boards to make sure I have a safe experience. I really appreciate their hard work and I feel bad sometimes that they have to do more work because of me but I just hope they know I appreciate it.
I had eaten at Subway many times in the US, Japan and elsewhere, and have not eaten there for such a long time. I had not tried any of the other sandwich shops. Out of the ones in the area, my son said Jersey Mike's Sub was the best. I tried a regular club supreme which is pretty good. They have three kinds of mustard in the fridge. I had brown mustard. Bacon was good, and meat sliced at that time.
Whenever I'm in the mood for a sub sandwich, this is the location of Jersey Mike's. On my last recent, I came at noon for lunch and I was in the middle of the lunch rush. The line was about 5-6 people deep and online orders were coming in non-stop. Kudos to the employees working there that day. That assembly line was moving and they were making sandwiches without hesitation. To the distinguished blonde lady who was working the vegetable and condiments station, you get the gold star/all star/employee award for that day. She was motoring through the sandwiches even when customers had special requests, she didn't miss any. This employee was the reason that assembly line was working. My go-to sub here is usually the Regular Tuna on Rosemary Parm Bread. I get it Mike's Way w/ extra Cherry Pepper Relish. I like how the Tuna isn't so heavy on the Mayo. If I'm not craving Tuna, I'll opt for the Italian those 2 out of 10 times I don't want Tuna. There's nothing special about Jersey Mike's, but the employees at this location always have a great attitude and I appreciate that. I'll gladly purchase a sandwich from them. When it comes to a quick sub, I'll gladly choose Jersey Mike's over Subway, Jimmy John's or any of the other chain stores.
The sandwiches here are made to order. I've had the food here in-person as well as to go by a friend who brought me dinner one night. Good customer service too. The only downside is the price. Just under $30 for two six inch subs, two sodas and one bag of chips - ouch. Would like to have the option to add veggies to the hot subs but it's not available.
